Meeting Magic

Meeting Magic Ltd was established in 1999 by Katherine Woods and Ingrid Uden. We specialise in helping organisations to have more productive meetings. These can range from small groups (e.g. leadership team strategic meetings) through to large groups (e.g. conferences, department off-site events and away days).

We have worked with all kinds of organisations from around the world and across a wide variety of sectors (both public and private). Our major clients include large organisations such as Mars, Microsoft, Pepsico, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, the NHS as well as various government departments.

Katherine Woods - Meeting Magic Founder

Katherine is a Chartered Electrical Engineer, having graduated as an engineer from Loughborough University. She then joined Unilever as a Project Manager, overseeing the design and construction of power generation plants.

This was followed by a period at Mars, with roles in R&D, Internal Communications and Training. As Training Manager, she worked with David Sibbet, teaching graphic facilitation to Mars managers throughout Europe.
