The Meeting Magic Network

Meeting Magic Ltd was established in 1999 by two professionals with a passion for facilitation. Since then the business has flourished and we now have a network of seven facilitators, plus specialist associates who work with us on larger projects.

Meeting Magic specialise solely in facilitating meetings. We have developed a reputation for delivering excellent results from meetings, without them being dull.  Part of the magic we add is through our visual approach. Our Facilitators

All of our facilitators are graduates, who developed their skills when working for blue chip businesses. They all have at least five years' experience as facilitators.

We remain at the cutting edge of facilitation through our policy of regular internal and external training. For instance, when a new facilitator joins the Meeting Magic Network, they are given a tailor-made training programme specifically designed to develop their skills. We place a high value on our continuing professional development, which we invest in heavily.

Our Associates

As well as our core Meeting Magic team our practice and training has brought us into contact with many skilful individuals. Over the last ten years we have nurtured an extended network of experienced facilitators who have undergone Meeting Magic training and that we call upon to work with us on large meetings where multiple facilitators are required. In 2009 for example we fielded a team of 25 to support an event when 24 small working groups who all required a facilitator.

Our Worldwide Strategic Partners

Paper Plane - This sister company is based in Sydney, Australia. Paper Plane uses graphic facilitation to boost the effectiveness of meetings. It designs well planned, well structured, progressive sessions that are enjoyable, highly productive and deliver tangible results.

The Grove Consultants International - Our San Francisco-based strategic partner is a process consultancy. They use graphic, big-picture techniques in partnership with organisations, corporations and communities. Grove has developed widely used tools and services for graphic facilitation, strategic vision and team performance.
