Meeting Magic works with many different functions and across a diverse range of industry sectors. We provide consistently high levels of service by operating in partnership with you. We have expert knowledge of the facilitation process, whilst you are responsible for providing high quality content. By blending these two approaches, we achieve spectacular results.

Our process

Every meeting is designed to meet your specific requirements. We follow these key steps from the planning process, right through to follow-up documentation:

• A briefing with the client, detailing everything required from the meeting.
• A draft proposal (including costs), showing how we plan to deliver the desired outcomes.
• Consultation with the participants (following acceptance of the proposal).
• Design of the processes (including any template or output designs).
• Before the event, we brief the client on the final design and the type of outputs required (e.g. copies of charts, printed output etc.).
• We facilitate the meeting using this design (with the flexibility to improvise if required).
• The final outputs and documents are delivered to the meeting owner.

Our style of facilitation

Other facilitators can range from being totally passive to domineering! We ensure that our style is effective by adopting an approach that is:

• Content-free – we remain impartial; we don’t comment on the content of the meetings we facilitate.
• Co-operative – as you are the experts on your business, we lead the meetings in partnership with you.
• Results – we are committed to developing a productive meeting.
• Visual – our unique graphic style adds clarity and creativity.
