Meeting Magic is a network of like-minded people, with a shared passion for facilitation and quality. We work with large organisations, mainly across Europe, to facilitate meetings that deliver real results for our clients. We are keen to find new people, who share our passion and approach to business, to join our network.

The opportunities

Working as part of the Meeting Magic Network presents the following opportunities for members

  • The chance to work under an established brand, with a great client base, with high calibre contacts on stretching challenges.
  •  The chance to travel with your work in Meeting Magic. Our clients are mainly global blue chip companies, and we go to where their meetings are to work with international groups.
  • The chance for continuing professional development. We continuously develop our facilitation skills through: learning reviews; co-facilitation; in-house training provided by team members and by external experts.
  • The chance to work as part of a team of individuals that root for each other’s success: providing cover for each other; supporting each other with client work; working on projects together; and developing new business opportunities.

 

What is Involved

Members of the Meeting Magic network are based from home and travel to where clients need them. When someone joins the network they are given a mentor, a tailored induction programme and support in getting started.

Once you are up and running in the team, we keep connected through regular conference calls, network meetings and working on client projects together.
