Meeting Magic announces 2012 facilitation training dates

Meeting Magic is continuing to offer its established two day Advanced Facilitation Training throughout 2012. Courses will run in February, June and October at Grovefield House Hotel, Burnham, Bucks. Each course is designed to help experienced facilitators to deepen their insight and develop their skills.

Delegates practice 'on their feet' and learn how to use graphics to support facilitation practice. The two day course is structured around four questions:

  • How can facilitators focus the group on a common purpose?
  • How can facilitators encourage trust, respect and openness?
  • How can facilitators support clarity of understanding?
  • How can facilitators support decision making?

Meeting Magic also offers a 'Facilitation essentials' course. The essentials course is generally run in-house and tailored to specific needs.
