Our approach is based on deep and robust theory formed through decades of facilitation experience. The underlying theoretical approach comes from Arthur M. Young's Theory of Process and the work of David Sibbet, the Grove Consultants International

Graphic facilitation a visual approach

Our graphical facilitation approach uses panoramic, big-picture visualisation to support our work with groups. We can also help people to learn how to work with large displays and graphics in group situations.
